New Roof System: We completed a full roof replacement for the Bexar County Appraisal District, removing the existing built-up roofing (BUR) system with gravel and upgrading it with a high-performance single-ply solution. The new system included mechanically fastening ½" EPS fanfold insulation across the entire roof deck, followed by the installation of a white 40-mil PVC Duro-Last membrane. Custom-fabricated to the building’s exact dimensions, the membrane minimized field seams and ensured a clean, watertight finish. Walk-pads were strategically installed around all serviceable rooftop units to protect high-traffic areas. The project is backed by a 15-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty, providing long-term reliability and peace of mind.
