Kristen Rice joined JGA Roofing Systems in December 2022 as Finance Manager, bringing a strong background in managing the full lifecycle of Public Works projects. Drawn to JGA by the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Kristen has focused on streamlining financial operations and supporting project execution.

Since joining the team, Kristen has developed a deep appreciation for the commercial roofing industry, particularly the evolving technology and innovative solutions that shape modern infrastructure. Outside of work, Kristen is a passionate sports fan and enjoys staying active with her kids’ activities.
