Lucio Montoya joined JGA Roofing Systems in December 2024 as Site Supervisor after relocating to Texas from Northern California. With a background in contracting and project management across homebuilding and storage solutions, Lucio brings a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality execution, skills that are essential for delivering reliable commercial roofing projects.

Since joining JGA, Lucio has been supported by a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and doing the job right. He takes pride in providing secure, lasting roofing solutions for business owners across Texas and enjoys working with his hands, building systems, and continuously improving processes.

Outside of work, Lucio stays active in his local community and enjoys hobbies that challenge him to grow. His goal is to continue building his skills and help JGA Roofing Systems remain a trusted name in the industry by delivering exceptional results through smarter, more efficient work.
