Type of old roof: Presidio High School was previously equipped with a standing seam metal roof, while Lucy Rede Franco Middle School featured a modified bitumen (Modbit) roofing system.

New Roof System: We completed comprehensive roofing upgrades for both Presidio High School and Lucy Rede Franco Middle School, delivering long-term, energy-efficient solutions tailored to each facility. At the middle school, the scope included mechanically attaching a 1/4" cover board and installing a white 50Mil Duro-Last (DL) membrane system, backed by a 20-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. At the high school, our team installed EPS flute filler, mechanically attached fanfold insulation, and topped it with the same high-performance 50Mil DL membrane, also covered by a 20-year NDL warranty. These upgrades enhance weather resistance, thermal performance, and overall building protection.
